As much as I revere the Pelican Shakespeare series, many of the footnotes that explain the words in the text are incomplete or missing. If you really want to get the most meaning out of what Will’s characters are saying, try looking up the words yourself in About.com’s Elizabethan glossary and especially the Online Etymology Dictionary (try looking up dirty words, too!).
